Homogenisatoren mit PTFE- oder Glas-Pistill

Passend zu allen gängigen Homogenisator-Antrieben oder zum schuett homgenplus. Dank der präzisen Fertigung sind Pistille und Glasgefäße einzeln austauschbar. Der Spielraum von Pistill und Homogenisator liegt zwischen 0,18 und 0,23 mm.

Homogenisatoren mit PTFE-Pistill
Konisch oder zylindrisch. Schaft auf rostfreiem Edelstahl montiert. Inert. Elastisch. Mit glatter, wachsartiger, feuchtigkeitsabstoßender Oberfläche. Widerstandsfähig gegenüber hohen Temperaturen. Auch glasfaserverstärkt für besonders zähes Material lieferbar.

Homogenisatoren mit Glas-Pistill
Konisch oder zylindrisch. Mit robustem Glasstiel. Im zylindrischen bzw. konischen Teil fein geschliffen. Leistungsstark bei zähen Geweben.

Homogenisatoren und Pistille auch einzeln als Ersatz erhältlich.
Glasgefäß-Typ 1:Mit Erweiterung als Überlauf, mit Ausguss, konisch.
Glasgefäß-Typ 2:Ohne Überlauf, zylindrisch.
Glasgefäß-Typ 3:Mit Erweiterung als Überlauf, mit Ausguss, zylindrisch.
Glasgefäß-Typ 4:Mit Überlauf, ohne Ausguss, zylindrisch.
